Please see attached your invitation & agenda to the Somerset Federation of Gardening Clubs AGM which this year is being hosted by Sandford & District Garden Club on Wednesday 29th May, but please note this event will be held in Shipham village hall, which is a couple of miles or so - south east of Sandford, full details and directions are on the invitation/agenda. Your attendance at this meeting is most welcome, for catering and seating purposes, please complete the slip on the attached agenda and return to me by the requested date, thank you.

Finally, the Federation committee are now requesting any member club who might consider hosting the AGM for 2025, if you think your club would like to be involved, please contact our chairman Erl, or any of the committee members.
